Q: What wood species do you work with?

Either way works. Many clients come to us with ideas from Pinterest, magazine photos, or sketches. Others have architect drawings. We handle the full design process, including measurements, layout, and detailed shop drawings for your review before we start building.
Q: Can I visit your shop?
Yes. We welcome clients to our shop in Lebanon, MO to see projects in progress, meet the team, and get a feel for how we work. Seeing the process firsthand helps most people feel confident about the investment.
Q: Do you only do kitchens?
No. We build custom closet systems, bathroom vanities, entertainment centers, home offices, mudroom storage, and built-in bookshelves. If it’s cabinetry or millwork for your home, we can build it.

Q: Do you install the cabinets or just build them?
We handle both. Our team builds the cabinets in our shop and installs them in your home. Everything is assembled off-site in controlled conditions, so installation is clean and fast.
Q: Do you handle countertops, hardware, and other finishes?
We focus on the cabinetry itself, but we can coordinate with your countertop fabricator, plumber, and electrician to make sure everything lines up. We’re happy to recommend trusted partners in the area if you need referrals.
Q: What if I want to make changes after the project starts?
It happens. We’ll walk you through how any change affects the timeline and cost before moving forward. Small adjustments are usually simple. Major layout changes may require updated drawings and adjusted timelines.
